The Opportunity

Think of this role as running an internal creative agency. Every department at Unicity�Sales, Marketing, IT, Events�needs high-quality content to do their jobs well. Your team is the one they come to. You�ll own the copy, design, and creative strategy behind our product pages, email journeys, social channels, sales tools, and distributor assets. Your mandate is simple: elevate everything.

The right person for this role is equal parts creative leader and operational thinker. You obsess over the details that make content convert�the headline that stops the scroll, the email sequence that nurtures to close, the product page that makes the science feel simple and the purchase feel obvious. And you�re using AI tools every day to help your team produce more, faster, and at a higher bar than anyone expects.

What You�ll Own

  • Product Pages & Website Copy � Own the words and design on our DTC product pages. Your goal is clarity, conversion, and a customer experience that makes the science accessible and the next step obvious.
  • Email Journeys & Lifecycle Marketing � Architect and optimize email sequences that nurture prospects, onboard customers, and drive retention and reorders.
  • Social Content & Design � Lead the creative direction for social channels, producing thumb-stopping visuals and copy that build brand and drive action.
  • Sales & Recruiting Assets � Create presentations, one-pagers, videos, and tools that help our field distributors sell products and recruit effectively.
  • Cross-Departmental Creative � Serve as the creative hub for the company. Sales, Marketing, IT, Events, and leadership all rely on your team for polished, on-brand, effective content.
  • AI-Augmented Production � Integrate AI tools into your team�s workflows for copywriting, image generation, design iteration, and content repurposing. You�re not just using AI yourself�you�re lifting the entire team�s output with it.

What We�re Looking For

  • Creative range � You can write sharp copy and art-direct compelling design. You don�t have to do everything yourself, but you have strong taste and high standards across both disciplines.
  • Conversion instincts � 3+ years of experience creating content that drives measurable outcomes�clicks, conversions, revenue, engagement. You know what works and can explain why.
  • Email marketing depth � Hands-on experience building email journeys, segmentation strategies, and lifecycle campaigns. You think in sequences, not one-offs.
  • AI-native workflow � You�re already using AI tools daily for writing, design, ideation, or production�and you have a vision for how to scale that across a team.
  • Operator mindset � You know how to run an intake process, prioritize competing requests from multiple stakeholders, and ship quality work on deadline.
  • Health & science enthusiasm � Genuine interest in metabolic health and an ability to translate complex science into content that resonates with real people.
  • Builder energy � You don�t wait for a brief. You see gaps, pitch solutions, and move.

We don�t require a specific degree or 15 years of experience. We care about the quality of your portfolio, the results you�ve driven, and how you think about content as a growth lever.
