Role of TFA Ignite Tutors: TFA Ignite fellows virtually tutor elementary students in groups of two or three, 3-4 days a week. Each virtual tutoring session is 30-45 minutes long. They utilize a school-based curriculum to help students improve their reading skills, and an Ignite Site Leader and an experienced school educator support them.
