Job Description
This strategic channel role, will play a critical part in managing and enabling the INTEL & Lenovo partnership through Lenovo’s Global Channel.
Reporting to the Global Strategic Partnership Director, you will be a thought leader and enablement partner for business leaders. You will define strategic initiatives that contribute to the company's channel business growth with INTEL.
The joint business planning process will investigate and define the opportunities for success and additionally lay out guidelines on how Lenovo will enable the partnership through Geo’s and countries. Crucial to its success will be stakeholder engagement, ensuring INTEL, ISO HQ and Geo’s are all aligned to the plan.
To understand the impact of our partnership, agreed metrics and business monitoring will be key. Ongoing review and best practice sharing across the business will ensure we are consistently embracing opportunities.
The successful candidate will be experienced in Channel Sales and Account Management, be technology focused with a clear understanding of industry technologies and data driven.
We are looking for the person who challenges the ordinary and seeks to innovate in learning, while balancing execution. Building tight working relationships with our alliance partner is critical for joint success.

Responsibilities:
Create, build, and execute jointly together the GTM channel initiatives for INTEL business.
Grow the INTEL business through the Channel with all Lenovo business groups utilizing L360 as a framework.
Build on, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, Geo Sales (both Lenovo and INTEL)
Develop BMS and dashboard to review overall INTEL funding vs outcomes and opportunities.
Work across a matrixed organization to ensure maximum program participation, communication, and effectiveness.
Budget and track financial success of key programs, making program suggestions, alterations and sharing best practice as needed.

What you'll bring: 
7-10 years previous experience in Alliance, Sales, Sales Management; Finance or business Ops, Product Management
Ability to deal with ambiguity and identify approaches & solutions to challenges
Excellent communication skills (oral & written) and comfortable working with Senior business leaders
Entrepreneurship and with a high degree of self-motivation and drive proficiency in Excel, and other office applications
Strong Collaboration Skills and ability to work cross functionally.
Problem solver Strong Operational Skills
Experience of regional alliance role would be an asset.
