Position Overview:
As a Resident Aide, your main role will be to deliver compassionate, specialized care to residents with cognitive impairments, including those with dementia or mental health concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored care to individuals dealing with cognitive challenges, including memory loss and mental health issues.
- Use specialized knowledge and techniques in memory care to support residents effectively.
- Leverage experience and training in handling clients with a history of drug abuse and mental health needs.
Requirements:
- Certified HCA or NAC preferred.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience required; applications from those without prior experience will not be considered.
- A deep commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our residents through personalized care.
