Job Description
- Assist in formulating and implementing the company's internal industrial safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure all operations comply with relevant safety regulations and standards.
2. Safety Inspections and Risk Assessment:
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections to identify potential safety hazards.
- Perform risk assessments, propose improvement suggestions, and follow up on the implementation of corrective measures.
3. Safety Training and Education:
- Organize and conduct employee safety training to enhance employees' safety awareness and emergency response capabilities.
- Prepare safety training materials to ensure the practicality and relevance of the training content.
4. Accident Investigation and Reporting:
- Participate in the investigation of industrial safety incidents, analyze the causes, and propose improvement measures.
- Write accident reports, documenting the incident process, cause analysis, and improvement recommendations.
5. Safety Equipment and Facility Management:
- Regularly supervise and inspect the proper functioning of safety equipment and facilities.
- Monitor the usage of safety equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
6. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with production, engineering, maintenance, and other departments to promote the implementation of safety measures.
- Participate in safety assessments of new equipment and new processes to ensure compliance with safety requirements.
- Promote improvements for non-conformities identified during safety inspections.
