What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff with a warm and professional approach

  • Coordinate therapy appointment schedules and assist with calendar management

  • Support patient transport and therapist communication

  • Handle basic administrative duties including data entry, documentation, and supply tracking

  • Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure a smooth, efficient workflow
