Job Responsibilities:
- Administer medication to residents according to prescribed schedules and dosages
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and eating
- Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes to the nursing staff
- Maintain accurate and complete medication records
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a CMA in the state of North Dakota
- Previous experience working with individuals with memory care needs preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
