MDS Nurse Responsibilities:




  • Comprehensive assessment of resident’s needs which includes; prior medical functional status; sensory and physical impairments; nutritional status; special treatments and procedures; discharge potential; dental condition; activities potential; rehab potential; cognitive status and drug therapy. Completes restorative assessments.
