What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive services
- Educate patients on oral health, treatment plans, and ongoing care
- Partner closely with dentists and team members to ensure the best patient outcomes
- Support a productive schedule while maintaining a patient-first approach
- Build long-term relationships that drive patient trust and retention
What We’re Looking For
- Current Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient care and education
- A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
- Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
- Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
- Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
- Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For
- A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
- Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
- A current CPR certification
Compensation
$42-$45 per hour
