Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist (San Francisco) Compensation: Up to $240k+ Total Comp Potential ($10k Sign-On Included)

  • Base Salary: $140,000 – $190,000 per year (Based on experience)

  • Performance Bonus: Earn an additional 25% of your salary based on quality metrics.

  • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

  • Total Earning Potential: $200,000 – $247,500+ in your first year.
