Job Description

  • Support and manage daily branch operations, including customer service, inventory, and logistics

  • Lead, coach, and develop a small team (warehouse, drivers, and inside sales)

  • Partner with sales teams to drive local revenue growth and customer satisfaction

  • Monitor key business metrics (sales, expenses, inventory, service levels) and take action to improve performance

  • Assist in managing inventory levels, product availability, and vendor relationships

  • Ensure safe, efficient operations and adherence to company policies and procedures

  • Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal partners

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and grow the business

  • 2–5+ years of experience in building materials, distribution, retail, or a related field

  • Some leadership or supervisory experience (team lead, assistant manager, etc.)

  • Basic understanding of operations, inventory, or sales processes

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Customer-focused mindset with a drive to grow business relationships

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Experience in building products or construction industry

  • Exposure to P&L or business metrics

  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
