Job Description

Hours/Week: Up to 30 hours per week

Expected Term: Start Date May 30th 2026 – End Date August 8th 2026

Compensation: hourly rate $15.92

Position Overview:

The Office of Records and Registration is seeking candidaes for summer employment. 

 

The person(s) in this role will help support and facilitate the office under direct supervision of the Program Assistant. We are seeking candidates who understand the sensitivity and importance of these high level office tasks, as well as conducting yourself in a professional manner. Please keep in mind that this position is for the summer and you must be on campus and/or local to campus.

Responsibilities:

  • In-person and online customer service
  • Answer the phone/assist/direct the caller
  • Respond to the Rec/Reg email/voicemails in a timely manner
  • Data Entry/Filing/Shredding
  • System Testing
  • Mail Preparation/Sorting
  • Support Program Assistant in various duties/miscellaneous office support
