Key Responsibilities

Assist in AI tool evaluation and identify suitable use cases for business teams.
Test and assess approved AI tools (e.g., productivity, automation, enterprise-approved AI applications) and document findings.
Support development of pilot workflows, including prompt guidance, basic usage playbooks, and reference materials for business users.
Conduct demos and enablement sessions to improve AI awareness, practical understanding, and adoption.
Collect and analyze user feedback to refine use cases and improve usability.
Prepare reports and presentations summarizing results, risks, feasibility, and recommendations.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs and policy requirements (e.g., confidentiality, approved tool usage).

Strong interest in AI technologies and emerging digital tools (e.g., generative AI productivity/automation tools)
Analytical mindset and ability to work with digital tools to test hypotheses and document outcomes
Good communication and presentation skills (ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical audiences)
Basic understanding of AI tool use cases, evaluation methods, and user adoption concepts
