1099 Contractor Position - Outside Cleaner (Vacation Rentals)

Gulf Coast Getaways Vacation Rentals is expanding, and we’re looking for reliable, detail-driven Outside Cleaners to join our team! This is not a construction or repair inspection role—instead, you will be the final set of eyes ensuring outside of each vacation rental is perfectly prepared for guest arrivals.

What You’ll Do
Blow off sand - driveways, pool area, any outside sitting area (including decks) Place all patio furniture neatly in its place
Straighten any pool chairs and outside patio furniture
Roll up outside hoses (there should be hose hooks at all properties)
Throw away any rusted or broken patio furniture-(upload picture of the piece of furniture to database)
Clean Grill and grease traps as well as under grill grate
Check the pool for cleanliness and report any negative conditions to office
Trash cans and Trash overflow
Report any broken fences, hinges, latches, gates or exterior repairs in your app, so dispatch can create a work order for this for maintenance

Requirements
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to commute between Pensacola & Navarre
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Professional, courteous communication skills
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods working indoors and outdoors
- Frequent walking throughout properties
- Ability to ascend and descend stairs or ladders as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Schedule
Part-time and full-time opportunities available.
Work schedules vary based on turnover needs. Weekend work required.
