How you’ll make an impact
As a Corporate Account Director, you’ll play a critical role in expanding our presence within the UK’s largest dental groups. You will own the strategy and execution for acquiring and growing major corporate accounts, overseeing successful onboarding and implementation of Dentally, and acting as a key partner to our most valued clients. You’ll be the face of Henry Schein One for our highest value accounts, ensuring delivery of high-impact, high-value relationships that fuel long-term success and retention.
What you'll do
- Drive the acquisition of high-value corporate accounts across the UK dental market
- Lead the successful rollout and implementation of Dentally within large, multi-site organisations
- Act as a senior point of contact and trusted advisor for our strategic and marquee clients
- Own the overall project management of key workstreams and initiatives with major clients
- Align internal teams to deliver coordinated and consistent experiences across onboarding, support, product, and commercial
- Develop strategic account plans focused on growth, customer success, and retention
- Monitor performance, proactively identify risks or opportunities, and deliver quarterly business reviews with clients
- Collaborate closely with the Product and Customer Success teams to escalate feedback and influence roadmap priorities for key accounts
- Support contract renewals and commercial negotiations, ensuring alignment with account goals and our strategic positioning
- Represent Henry Schein One at industry events, client forums, and key decision-maker meetings
- Track and report on account health, growth opportunities, and engagement using CRM and reporting tools

What you’ll bring with you
· 6+ years’ experience managing enterprise or corporate accounts in a SaaS or tech-enabled services environment
- Experience writing and winning complex tenders.
- Proven success in securing, onboarding, and growing large B2B client relationships
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, ideally with experience delivering complex rollouts across multi-site organisations
- Demonstrable ability to influence cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts across departments
- High commercial acumen, with experience negotiating large-scale contracts and renewal agreements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including C-suite presentation capability
- Highly organised, self-managing, and solutions-focused with strong attention to detail
- Confident, credible and customer-obsessed, with the ability to build trusted long-term relationships
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot and Jira) and account planning frameworks
