Job Description

Position Summary:



Responsible for working in Parts Shipping & Receiving, following procedures to manage inventory, and demonstrating teamwork with other departments and locations of the organization.



Essential Duties & Responsibilities including the following. Other duties may be assigned.




  • Check incoming shipments from all vendors and ship out parts through various shipping companies

  • Possess a positive attitude

  • Possess a teamwork mentality

  • Ensures that all products are received on the listed vendor packing slips

  • Ensures that part numbers on the parts match the parts numbers on the packing slips

  • Documents any error in deliveries

  • Ensures that all back-order parts are documented and filed

  • Ensures that all customer parts are stored in correct special-order bins

  • Ensures that all parts that need to be shipped are shipped out that day

  • Ensures that all stock inventory is put away in the correct bin locations before the end of the day

  • Ensures that all core returns are pulled and completed bi-weekly

  • Work evening, weekend, and holiday work hours as required.
