POSITION SUMMARY
District Managers are responsible for managing the total service delivery for apartment communities and providing direction and oversight for Valets within the assigned district (Washington & Oregon). District Managers ensure client satisfaction through ongoing client engagement and oversight of the workforce responsible for service delivery on assigned properties.
Pay - $85,000 per year + quarterly bonus potential
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership & Team Management
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and provide ongoing direction to Valets within the assigned district
- Provide on-call support to Valets and communities during morning hours (approximately 8:30 AM–12:30 PM) and evening hours (approximately 7:00 PM–11:00 PM), depending on operational needs
- Identify associate development needs and facilitate appropriate coaching, training, and support opportunities
- Comply with, promote, and train on all safety policies and procedures; report all safety incidents in a thorough and timely manner
Field Operations
- Manage total service delivery for up to 20 apartment communities, ensuring daily and nightly completion of resident doorstep trash and recycling pick-up
- Drive to properties within the assigned district up to 50% of the workday to inspect for resident and Valet compliance with service standards
- Lead new community launches, including container distributions and onboarding of property staff
- Drive to the inventory warehouse as needed to obtain and replenish supplies (Personal Protective Equipment, containers, brochures, etc.)
Customer Retention
- Create and maintain cooperative working relationships with property staff through daily site visits and immediate response to questions and concerns
- Make informed decisions with consideration of customer and associate impact; apply critical thinking skills to forecast and resolve problems and drive results
- Ensure maximum quality of service delivery to promote client satisfaction and long-term retention
Reporting & Documentation
- Ensure daily delivery of Valet Reports to designated property staff members
- Maintain timely and accurate customer, associate, and operational records
- Log all activity accurately within company systems and apps; report all safety incidents in a thorough and timely manner
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree or higher preferred
- 2–3 years of experience in field operations, property management, logistics, or a related service industry
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Valid driver's license required (must be maintained throughout employment)
- Must meet eligibility requirements under the Company's insurance policy
Technical Skills
- Email proficiency required
- Familiarity with CRM software and routing applications preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Regularly required to stand, walk, and operate a vehicle; frequently required to use hands and communicate verbally; close vision required
Language & Communication Ability
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
