Remote | Full-Time | $18–$23/hour | Wednesday–Sunday Schedule Required

Enchanted Fairies is looking for a Lead Experience Concierge to help support, coach, and guide our remote Experience Concierge team. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service leadership experience who can balance team support, client escalations, performance accountability, and day-to-day workflow management in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support Experience Concierge team members across calls, emails, texts, chats, and client escalations
• Coach team members on service quality, communication, performance, and accountability
• Help monitor team workflow, daily priorities, response times, and performance metrics
• Support escalated client concerns with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment
• Partner with leadership to improve processes, communication, and team efficiency
• Help maintain a positive, solutions-focused team culture

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of customer service, call center, client relations, or sales experience
• Previous team lead, supervisor, or leadership experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and stay organized in a high-volume environment
• Comfortable providing coaching, feedback, and support to team members
• Experience with HubSpot, JustCall, Slack, or similar systems preferred
• Reliable internet connection, computer, headset, and dedicated remote workspace required

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time remote position
• Wednesday–Sunday schedule required
• $18–$23/hour, based on experience and qualifications
