  • New Hire Curriculum: Design and lead the clinical onboarding process for all incoming Psychiatrists and APNs.

  • Clinical Mentorship: Act as the primary "on-call" resource for new providers to answer clinical questions, review complex cases, and offer guidance on prescribing practices.

  • Standard of Care: Ensure all providers understand and adhere to company-specific clinical protocols and evidence-based psychiatric practices.

2. Clinical Oversight & Quality Assurance

  • Service Excellence: Conduct regular chart audits and peer reviews to ensure providers are delivering the required level of service and documentation accuracy.

  • Availability: Maintain high availability during business hours to serve as a subject matter expert for the clinical team, resolving immediate obstacles to patient care.

  • Competency Assessment: Perform routine evaluations of provider performance, identifying areas for further training or professional growth.

3. Administrative & Operational Leadership

  • Protocol Development: Assist the Medical Director in creating and updating clinical guidelines, safety protocols, and operational workflows.

  • Compliance: Ensure all medical services meet state regulatory requirements, HIPAA standards, and internal quality benchmarks.

  • Collaborative Liaison: Work closely with the operations and administrative teams to streamline patient flow and improve the provider experience.
