Job Description
Overview:

Highlight is seeking a Technical Lead as a SME resource to oversee long range planning for a customer within HHS, leading complex technical initiatives.



Responsibilities:

• Leads HHS technical teams, providing strategic oversight and guidance to multiple and complex projects
• Drives contract innovation, providing recommendations for contract issues involving current technology, methodology and tools
• Provides oversight to DevSecOps tasks
• Prepares long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities and for necessary support resources.
• May provide program management duties, as required



Qualifications:

• 8 years' experience managing/leading technology for a complex project(s) within HHS (CMS preferred)
• Experience managing DevSecOps tasks
• PMP certification preferred (not required)
