We're hiring a Onboarding Agent / Testing Proctor / Customer Support to support candidates through their exam experience-from check-in to completion. If you're reliable, friendly, and love helping people, this could be a great fit for you.
What You Will Do:
- Welcome and guide candidates through the testing process
- Proctor exams and ensure a secure, professional environment
- Answer calls and assist with questions or issues
- Provide calm, helpful customer service (even under pressure!)
- Work with your team to improve the testing experience
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional
- Comfortable following processes and handling responsibility
- Problem-solver with a positive attitude
- Bilingual is a plus (not required!)
