About the Role

• As a Stage Bartender, you’ll be part of a high-energy team that thrives on creating an elevated guest experience through great drinks, personal attention, and an inviting, inclusive atmosphere. Whether you're behind the main bar or serving our private rooms, your job is to bring the vibes — and the standards.

Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering exceptional guest service through fast, accurate, and friendly interaction
• Learning and upholding Stage Karaoke’s service standards and bar procedures
• Having (or developing) strong knowledge of our food & cocktail menu and private room offerings
• Mastering our karaoke tech interface to assist guests when needed
• Accurately ringing orders in the POS and handling payments
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar space
• Anticipating guest needs, and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Supporting other team members and contributing to a fun, team-oriented culture

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in bartending
• Strong customer service skills necessary
• Must have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.
