The Student Success Systems
Trainer designs, delivers, and evaluates comprehensive training programs that
enhance the effectiveness, consistency, and quality of student-facing services
across the district. This position supports technical and professional
development for staff in areas such as academic advising, admissions,
enrollment, financial aid, call center operations, and student engagement.
The Trainer ensures that
front-line and support teams have the knowledge, skills, and tools to deliver
exceptional, equity-minded, and student-centered experiences that align with
the district’s mission of empowering students for success.
Qualifications
Minimum Education and Preferred Education and
Experience:
a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates
to the required degree.
education, student services, training, or organizational development.
professional development or customer service training programs.
such as advising, onboarding, financial aid, and enrollment management.
Experience:
Organizational Leadership, Human Resources Development, or related field.
