PM Group Benelux has a requirement for a Project Controls Coordinator to oversee this Project in Belgium.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with significant experience of large-scale construction projects and the management of large multi-disciplinary construction teams. The role is client-facing and requires the ability to inspire confidence throughout all phases of construction execution.

:- Oversee complete project controls framework and team management
- Develop and maintain master construction schedules using Primavera P6
- Manage cost control processes, budgets, and financial forecasting
- Lead earned value management (EVM) implementation and reporting
- Prepare executive-level dashboards and progress reports
- Coordinate with construction managers, contractors, and client stakeholders
- Manage change control processes and impact assessments
- Oversee risk management and mitigation strategies
- Ensure adherence to project KPIs and critical milestones
- Support procurement and contract administration activities
- Lead project controls team (2-4 coordinators/analysts)
- 7+ years project controls experience in major construction/infrastructure
- Proven leadership managing project controls teams
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Power BI
- Strong background in data center or mission-critical facility projects
- Experience with EVM methodologies and cost management systems
- Knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC) and commercial management
- Professional qualifications (AACE, PMI, APM) preferred
- Data center construction knowledge and industry standards
- Client-facing and stakeholder management experience
- Fluent English; French/Dutch language skills beneficial
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities
- Advanced Excel/financial modeling capabilities
