PM Group Benelux has a requirement for a Project Controls Coordinator to oversee this Project in Belgium. 

 

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with significant experience of large-scale construction projects and the management of large multi-disciplinary construction teams. The role is client-facing and requires the ability to inspire confidence throughout all phases of construction execution.

  • Oversee complete project controls framework and team management
  • Develop and maintain master construction schedules using Primavera P6
  • Manage cost control processes, budgets, and financial forecasting
  • Lead earned value management (EVM) implementation and reporting
  • Prepare executive-level dashboards and progress reports
  • Coordinate with construction managers, contractors, and client stakeholders
  • Manage change control processes and impact assessments
  • Oversee risk management and mitigation strategies
  • Ensure adherence to project KPIs and critical milestones
  • Support procurement and contract administration activities
  • Lead project controls team (2-4 coordinators/analysts)

  • 7+ years project controls experience in major construction/infrastructure
  • Proven leadership managing project controls teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Power BI
  • Strong background in data center or mission-critical facility projects
  • Experience with EVM methodologies and cost management systems
  • Knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC) and commercial management
  • Professional qualifications (AACE, PMI, APM) preferred
  • Data center construction knowledge and industry standards
  • Client-facing and stakeholder management experience
  • Fluent English; French/Dutch language skills beneficial
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities
  • Advanced Excel/financial modeling capabilities
