Position: Partner Account Manager

Pay and Perks:
- Compensation: $20 - $24/hour, non-exempt with bonus potential

About the Role:
- Prioritize incoming partner leads, coordinate appointments, and ensure timely follow-up aligned with partner availability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and escalating complex matters to branch management as needed.
- Deliver personalized, high-quality support that reinforces the organization's commitment to partner success and consistently exceeds expectations.
What We're Looking For:
- HQ or remote.
- 1 year at RED RHINO preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional, personalized service that exceeds expectations.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with the flexibility to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately using scheduling tools and systems to streamline workflows.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in all interactions.
