Job Title: Residential/Commercial HVAC Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Residential/Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential homes and commercial business locations
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems.
• Provide recommendations for improving system performance and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations and recommendations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid HVAC technician certification (EPA Certification, NATE Certification preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in residential and commercial HVAC installation and repair.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
