    The Assistant Track & Field Coach is responsible for the structure and direction of the track and field program at Jennings School District 

    Reports to: Athletic Director 

    Responsibilities •
    Regular communication with the Director of Athletics, Coaching Staff, and participating athletes and families
    • Student Mentoring: and athletic skill development
    • Assist Conduct organized, structured practices
    • Assist with Program Organization: roster, uniform and equipment inventory, organize practice instruction, supervision of athletes, etc.
    • Assist with the following: pre- and post-season meetings with the Director of Athletics, parent meeting
