This is a remote position.

We are looking for a proactive and organized Appointment Setter to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, setting up appointments for our sales team, and maintaining up-to-date records of client interactions. This is a project-based position with clear deliverables and performance metrics.

You will play a key role in ensuring our sales team’s calendar stays full with qualified appointments, while collaborating with the team to drive business growth. If you have excellent communication skills and a knack for organizing schedules and managing leads, this could be the perfect fit for you!


Scope of Work:    

  • Cold Calling/Email Outreach:  Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, or social media to set appointments for the sales team.

    Appointment Scheduling:  Book appointments with prospects, ensuring these are aligned with the calendar of the sales team or manager.

  • Lead Qualification:  Qualify leads by ensuring they meet specific criteria before scheduling appointments.

  • Database Management:  Update and maintain accurate lead information in CRM systems, including follow-up notes and lead statuses.

  • Follow-Up on Leads:  Re-engage cold leads or follow up with prospects who showed initial interest but did not set an appointment.

  • Lead Generation:  Source leads from the current client database, property management companies, insurance agents, plumbers, and other relevant sectors.

Responsibilities:    

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s services and set up appointments.

  • Maintain an organized schedule and ensure appointments are accurately reflected on the team’s calendar.

  • Follow up on all leads generated through marketing efforts or referrals .

  • Respond to inquiries from potential clients and redirect them to the appropriate person if necessary.

  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with prospects.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handoff of appointments.

  • Record and track all calls, prospects, and appointment outcomes in CRM systems.



Requirements

  • Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting roles.

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking leads and follow-ups.

  • Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
