Job Summary
You are the experience builder who turns learning strategy into polished, meaningful learner moments. As a Senior Instructional Designer, you will take approved solution frameworks and bring them to life through strong instructional design, thoughtful content flow, and sharp attention to the details that make learning actually work. You will transform complex content into storyboards, scripts, assessments, activities, and digital learning experiences that are clear, engaging, and built for real-world application.
You are deep in the craft and close to the work. You will shape the learner journey at the module and activity levels, designing interactions, scenarios, practice opportunities, and reinforcement moments that move learning from passive consumption to real capability-building.
Working closely with Learning Architects, SMEs, developers, creatives, and project managers, you will make strategy executable and ensure the final experience is instructionally strong, accessible, and beautifully put together. You are the person who knows that great instructional design is not fluff, glitter, or make it pop nonsense; rather, it is structure, clarity, rigor, and just the right amount of creative spark to make learners lean in rather than mentally leave the building.
