Why this role matters
You will join our Platform Services team, delivering technical projects and services for our largest and most demanding customers. As a client‑facing role, this position has a direct impact on how millions of fans experience world‑class events. You will customize, configure, and extend a sophisticated SaaS platform, all while working in a team that champions autonomy, engineering rigor, and creative problem‑solving.
Your role
- Collaborate with onboarding and project teams to deliver high‑quality deployments on time and within scope.
- Integrate third‑party systems (payments, CRM, identity, data pipelines) and troubleshoot complex API interactions.
- Update custom front‑end experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and templating tools to meet unique client requirements.
- Configure advanced platform features, including ticketing workflows, access control logic, and data models.
- Deliver technical services such as data imports, ETL transformations, and configuration automation.
- Analyze and manipulate data to support reporting, migration, and operational decision‑making.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for major sports organizations and entertainment partners.
Your profile
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL — you’re comfortable building and debugging web‑based solutions.
- Good knowledge of REST APIs — including design, calls, authentication, and debugging — and proficiency with related tools such as Postman, Swagger, cURL, etc.
- Hands‑on experience with data analysis, ETL workflows, or data migration.
- Ability to create or customize BI reports (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills — you can explain technical concepts clearly to both engineers and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders and willingness to understand business context.
- A proactive, self‑driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with the sports, entertainment, or live events industry is a plus.
- At least 3 years of relevant technical experience.
