Integration Sales Manager, Singapore

Role & Responsibilities:


 



  • Responsible in promoting and selling dormakaba Access Control Solutions and Entrance Systems Control products to meet and drive customer centricity.

  • Build and sustain good relationship with direct customers and achieve new sales opportunities.

  • Trend closely on market development and possesses sound knowledge of competitor’s activities.

  • Optimize revenue and gross margin for specific solutions in line with quarterly and yearly objectives.

  • Collaborate with Specifications team to drive first Battle dormakaba must win, and drive with USP to secure more projects.

  • Provide accurate forecast to Management and drives regular sales funnel reviews with project opportunities.

  • Present and conduct product demonstration to our new customer prospects.

  • Deal contractually and commercially with the changes requested by customer during project execution.

  • Follow up closely on payment collection within the approved terms.


 


Key Competencies:


 



  • Good knowledge of the Company’s products and service offerings.



  • Good understanding of the physical security industry, including on project bidding, main contractor management and system integrator business landscape.



  • Experienced level of selling, sales forecast and negotiation skills.

  • Good understanding of the market and competitors. Anticipates possible developments at competitors and takes timely decisions to protect and/or strengthen the market position.

  • Experienced level of customer relationship management skills. Ability to anticipate needs, sell and build customer base.

  • Ability to prepare data sets for analysis, simulation and forecasting for Monthly Performance Review with Management team.

  • Entrepreneur spirit to be able to drive new and creative initiatives for both recovery and growth initiatives

  • High collaboration with multiple teams across the business.

  • Excellent communication skills to enable interaction with internal and external stakeholders/ customers

  • Strong communication, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Sales driven, results-oriented and a team player.


 


Qualifications and Experience:


 



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Engineering or equivalent to at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the security, construction and building environment

  • Proven sales track record in Sales and Channel Management in the related industry.
