Job Objective
Design and implementation of material- and information flow processes / concepts along the supply chain and
implementation of training measures to safeguard operations
Duties and Responsibilities
A Logistics Processes
1 Support the design and optimizing of complex logistics processes along the supply chain in agreement
with the superior responsible based on given targets. Execute design and optimization of less complex
logistics processes coached by relevant superior
2 Optimization and simplification of material flow concepts and processes for successful application as well
as system improvement of ERP / WMS logistics modules
3 End-user and management oriented documentation of business processes for securing and transferring
know-how
4 Determining correlations between master data as well as preparing and installing control loops for updating
master data
5 Driving continues improvement in all logistics material- and information flow processes along the supply
chain
6 Support the alignment of improvements with operational and process responsibilities
7 Support the management of projects with high or special requirements (e.g. just in sequence) under
consideration of an integrated supply chain optimization and total cost approach
8 Support the harmonizing and standardizing of material- and information flow processes based on corporate
standards and a lean thinking, to achieve lasting improvements in efficiency and service. Execute
harmonization and standardizing of less complex material- and information flow processes coached by
relevant superior
9 Support the creation and negotiating logistics offers for and with customers up until a contract is awarded
and during series operations up to SOP
B IT processes, tools and interfaces
1 Key user for SAP WM module and first level support for the WM questions incl. the responsibility for
specifying and implementing WM related change requests
2 Describing target process specifications for linking material flow concepts with the connected information
flows
3 Drawing up training concepts and documents as well as execution of qualification measures

4 Redesigning, checking and optimizing logistic parameters such as lead times, stock levels, delivery service
etc. as well as inventory policies, planning rules, planning methods, etc.
5 Support the selection and optimization of logistics infrastructure, equipment and IT solutions

1 Support the management of logistics projects from technical and organizational perspective and manage

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Buscamos un Logistics Engineer para diseñar y mejorar procesos logísticos que aseguren un flujo eficiente de empaques e información a lo largo de la cadena de suministro.

Responsabilidades principales

Diseñar, optimizar y estandarizar procesos logísticos (almacenes, racks, entradas/salidas, tiempos y movimientos, Kanban, JIT).
Gestionar información de empaque, portales de cliente y datos maestros.
Dar soporte en proyectos logísticos, incluyendo requerimientos específicos de clientes Tier 1 y JIT/JIS.
Actuar como Key User SAP WM: soporte, mejoras y capacitación a usuarios.
Analizar y mejorar parámetros logísticos: inventarios, niveles de servicio y tiempos de entrega.

Requisitos
+1 año de experiencia en logística o supply chain.
Experiencia en almacenes, tránsito, movimientos de material, Kanban/JIT.
Ingeniería en Logística, Industrial, Gestión Empresarial o LAE.
Inglés intermedio.
Manejo de Excel y SolidWorks (deseable).
Competencias: trabajo por objetivos, comunicación, trabajo en equipo.
