Job Description

Industrial Injection is hiring a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations in our Turbo Shop in Salt Lake City. This is a working supervisor role for someone who can lead a team, keep product moving accurately and efficiently, maintain inventory control, and support a safe, organized warehouse environment. The position supports day-to-day warehouse workflow, order fulfillment, material handling, and coordination with purchasing, production, and sales.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise daily warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations
  • Lead, train, schedule, and support warehouse employees
  • Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
  • Resolve shipping, receiving, inventory, and documentation issues
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and process control
  • Coordinate product movement, stocking, labeling, and material flow
  • Support efficient shipping methods and work with freight and parcel carriers
  • Maintain warehouse records, reports, and related documentation
  • Enforce safety requirements, PPE use, and OSHA-compliant work practices
  • Identify bottlenecks and help improve warehouse processes and workflow

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, or inventory experience
  • Prior lead, leadership, or supervisory experience in a warehouse or related environment
  • Strong understanding of warehouse workflow, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes
  • Ability to work accurately from purchase orders, packing slips, work orders, and related documents
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Ability to lead a team, solve problems, and maintain accountability
  • Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse, inventory, WMS, or ERP systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Forklift certification, or ability to become certified
  • Experience in automotive, diesel, manufacturing, or industrial warehouse environments
  • Experience with cycle counts, inventory audits, and inventory discrepancy resolution
  • Experience training employees and supporting performance accountability

Work Environment
This role works in a warehouse and industrial setting and requires regular standing, walking, bending, lifting, and material handling. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation, and work safely around warehouse equipment and operational activity.
