The role provides hands-on experience in social media strategy and content creation. You will be collaborating with brand managers and external agencies in growing Selecta’s TikTok brand pages. If you’re ready to turn creativity into influence, this role is for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ideate, create and publish TikTok videos/pieces of content for Selecta brand pages (@selectaphilippines), Cornetto (@cornettoph), and Magnum (@magnum.ph)
- Develop and execute TikTok content strategies aligned with brand goals
- Monitor TikTok trends and adapt content to stay relevant
- Assist in facilitating agency-led TikTok shoots as needed
- Review and provide feedback on TikTok passes created by the agency
- Report to the office as needed to film content on-site
- Support may extend to other digital formats beyond TikTok content, if required by the Company
- Track performance metrics and suggest improvements for growth
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Active TikTok user with a strong understanding of platform trends
- Basic design & video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
- Creative mindset with a knack for storytelling
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
