LPN: $32/hr. – $35/hr.

RN: $34 - $38/hr.

Key Responsibilities of the Night Shift Charge Nurse:

As the Charge Nurse on duty, you will take ownership of the clinical and operational needs of the residents.

  • Clinical Leadership: Lead, supervise, and mentor CNAs and CMTs, ensuring excellent resident care is delivered.

  • Assessment & Documentation: Conduct timely clinical assessments and accurately document all care, treatments, and required records.

  • Medication Management: Manage and monitor narcotic and psychotropic drug records.

  • Emergency Response: Respond effectively to all clinical emergencies.

  • Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with all state and federal regulatory standards.

  • Hands-On Support: Perform CMT duties when necessary to support the team.

Qualifications

To be considered for this RN/LPN role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • License Required: Valid and Unencumbered RN or LPN license in Missouri.

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as an RN or LPN (preferred).

  • Availability: Must have flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays.

  • Reliability: Reliable transportation is required.
