Job Purpose:

- A Dozer Equipment Operator at 3B DOZER SERVICE LLC will be responsible for driving and controlling a bulldozer to level land, move earth, and clear construction sites. The operator will work under supervision to ensure safety and meet project goals effectively and efficiently.



Key Responsibilities:

- Operate heavy machinery, specifically bulldozers, to perform tasks such as leveling land, moving earth, and clearing construction sites.

- Conduct pre-operation equipment checks and maintenance to ensure machinery is in safe and efficient working condition.

- Adhere to all safety procedures and ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operation and project completion.

- Collaborate closely with other construction workers to maintain project timelines and achieve project goals.

- Work in various weather conditions while maintaining physical fitness to perform job duties effectively.
