ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Prepare and serve concessions food and beverages, including alcohol, at designated events.
- Ensure concessions area is stocked with adequate amounts of product (e.g. beer, liquor, juices, other beverages, food products, etc.).
- Prepare concessions area for service as needed (e.g. cutting fruit, washing dishes, etc.).
- Keep work area, liquor room and beer cooler neat and organized.
- Provide prompt, courteous service to guests.
- Accurately accept payment and make change during transactions.
- Utilize proper cash handling and control procedures.
- Operate Micros POS terminal.
- Balance cash drawer.
- Operate applicable kitchen equipment.
- Inform manager of any breakdown or malfunction of equipment.
- Maintain portion control as instructed.
- Utilize proper stocking and rotation procedures.
- Set up, clean up and close down concessions area as required.
- Keep concessions area clean and organized.
- Adhere to all company, department and safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of outlet on a daily basis.
- Maintain paperwork, audit sheets, closeouts, opening reports and other tallies as required.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
