Job Description

We are looking for our next Business Systems Support Specialist to help support, maintain, and assist with the administration and training of our business systems. If you have a strong aptitude for working with business systems, we’re willing to train the right candidate--even if you don't every skill listed below.

Duties of this position will include but not be limited to:

  • Serving as the initial point of contact for IT Construction Technology requests
  • Investigating, troubleshooting, and responding to requests for technical assistance
  • Assisting with administration and ongoing configuration of business systems, including but not limited to our Field and Project Management Systems and company Intranet
  • Managing system updates and releases, including:
    • Applying patches to staging environments
    • Performing system testing and certifying updates
    • Communicating planned changes
    • Deploying updates to production
  • Documenting user needs, system functionality, and the steps required to deploy, enhance, or modify business systems
  • Assisting with development and maintenance of transactional reports and reporting environments
  • Tracking software issues through resolution and coordinating fixes
  • Developing, maintaining, and delivering training for business systems, including:
    • Creating and updating user guides, job aids, and training materials
    • Assisting with onboarding and role-based system training
    • Providing one-on-one or small group training as needed
    • Helping users adopt new features and system changes

    • Autodesk Construction Cloud (Build/Forma) software
    • Trimble Viewpoint
    • Cornerstone Learning Management System
    • Microsoft SharePoint Online
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally
