Position Overview: KSA Integration is seeking a Logistics Subject Matter Expert to provide analytical and advisory support to the Marine Corps Logistics Plans (LP) [DH2] Division at HQMC. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior military leaders (O-6 and above) on logistics policy, readiness, and sustainment programs. This is a high-visibility position supporting the development and execution of Marine Corps logistics plans and initiatives.

Anticipated Start Date: Summer 2026 


Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established by the Government customer.

Job Type: Full-time/Exempt


Location: Pentagon / National Capital Region (Hybrid)


Clearance Required: Active Secret
 

Travel Requirement: Approximately 10%


Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert analysis on Marine Corps logistics policy, materiel readiness, supply chain operations, and strategic mobility programs. 
  • Develop executive-level briefings, white papers, and strategic communications for senior leadership. 
  • Support logistics advocacy efforts, including the Installations and Logistics Board (ILB), Marine Logistics Board (MLB), and Operational Advisory Groups (OAGs). 
  • Analyze Table of Organization and Equipment change requests and provide supportability recommendations. 
  • Support Naval Logistics Integration (NLI) and MAGTF Logistics Integration (MLI) programs 
  • Coordinate with Joint Staff, US Transportation Command, Services, and OSD on distribution and transportation initiatives. 
  • Develop and review policy documents, process maps, and governance frameworks.

    

Requirements
  • 10+ years of military logistics experience, preferably Marine Corps ground logistics (04XX, 34XX, or related MOS). 
  • Direct experience supporting HQMC  LP Division, or equivalent Service-level logistics headquarters. 
  • Proven ability to brief and communicate with senior military leadership (O-6+). 
  • BA/BS required; MA/MS in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
  • Active Secret clearance required. 

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Strong understanding of Marine Corps logistics policy, Force Design, and sustainment operations. 
  • Experience with Global Combat Support System - Marine Corps (GCSS-MC), Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS), and Marine Corps logistics IT systems.
  • Familiarity with Joint Deployment and Distribution Enterprise (JDDE) governance,[DH1]  prepositioning programs, and war reserve materiel management.
  • TS/SCI Preferred.
