McGovern Hyundai of Arlington is looking for a high-performance, self-driven General Sales Manager to lead our front-end operations at one of the region’s fastest-growing Hyundai dealerships. What You’ll Own:
- All front-end operations: new, pre-owned, BDC, internet, and desking.
- Full desking authority — structure and approve deals with speed and precision.
- Lead, recruit, coach, and hold your team accountable to the highest performance standards.
- Execute daily processes including sales meetings, goal setting, and deal flow management.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure profitability and top-tier customer satisfaction.
- Track key metrics, analyze performance, and implement winning strategies.

- Deep desking, finance, and team-building expertise.
