Education
- MBA / Post Graduate in Management from a reputed institute
Experience
- 12–14 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business planning, or revenue roles
- Strong exposure to media, entertainment, or digital businesses preferred
Desirable Experience
- Experience in working with senior leadership / CXO office
- Exposure to revenue strategy, monetization, and business analytics
- Background in consulting or strategic roles within media organizations

Key Responsibilities

- Support the CRO in defining and driving revenue growth strategies across Ad Sales, partnerships, and emerging business areas
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and track execution across functions
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Track industry trends, competitor movements, and evolving media consumption patterns
- Provide actionable insights to support leadership decision-making and business strategy
Revenue Analytics & Insights
- Develop dashboards, models, and frameworks to track revenue performance and identify growth opportunities
- Analyze pricing strategies, yield optimization, and monetization levers across businesses
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Collaborate with Sales, Distribution, Digital, and Finance teams to drive alignment on key initiatives
- Ensure timely execution of strategic projects and resolve cross-functional dependencies
Leadership & Decision Support
- Build high-impact presentations, business cases, and strategic frameworks for leadership reviews
- Support the CRO in key meetings, reviews, and governance forums
