Contribute to the achievement of SPHEROS Suzhou sales target in line with agreed targets

• Implement company sales strategy, fulfill sales target
• Coordinate remittance and in time AR collection
• Monitor and take the necessary actions to reduce overdues

Ensure growth with the customers via profitable order intake

• Develop and maintain market and customer within responsible area
• Implement company price rules to achieve best selling price
• Collect market information(sales information,competitors, etc), analyze and report

Manage the relationship with the customer

• Is the SPHEROS Suzhou Sales Representative in his own responsible for Southeast Aisa area.
• Negotiate prices in case of modification (technical, volumes, raw material and inflation) and any market effect
• Liaise with Commercial and Sales Director to ensure price update and quotation appropriate
• Manage the relationship with the customer in case of claims and logistic/quality crisis

Key Performance Indicators: Sales turnover,overdues,customer development, profit margin
