POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources Recruiter supports talent acquisition efforts for Corporate Headquarters positions and assists with recruiting needs for the Lake of the Ozarks market. This role partners closely with hiring managers and the Human Resources team to manage the recruitment process, support applicant tracking activities, and represent the bank at community and campus recruiting events. The Recruiter also provides high-level administrative and customer-focused support for day-to-day Human Resources operations while ensuring compliance with employment laws and bank policies.
This position can work out of our Jefferson City or Lake of the Ozark offices with the flexibility to be hybrid.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Support recruiting efforts for Corporate Headquarters positions and assist with hiring needs for the Lake of the Ozarks market.
- Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and applicant communications using the applicant tracking system.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, assist with job descriptions, and support interview and selection activities.
- Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and community outreach to attract qualified candidates.
- Represent the bank at community, college, and career events and assist with in-house career fairs and internship program development.
- Maintain accurate recruiting records and provide professional, customer-focused service to applicants and internal stakeholders.
- Comply with all applicable banking regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act requirements and information security standards.
CORE QUALIFICATIONS
- Working knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment laws related to hiring and selection.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media for recruiting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
