The Opportunity
The Client Services Coordinator will serve as the operational and strategic liaison in a fast-paced, high volume transactional practice group within the firm. This client facing role supports two Relationship Partners in managing a complex, multi-workstream client relationship, ensuring efficient delivery of legal services and proactive communication. The position requires regular interaction with client stakeholders and coordination across numerous workstreams led by individual partners.
The Day-To-Day
On any given day, you will:
- Work closely with the two Relationship Partners
- Respond to clients quickly and diligently
- Efficiently process conflict check requests on a daily basis
- Help with deal flow preparation, such as, e.g. ensuring all documents and internal tracking charts are up-to-date
- Serve as a key point of contact for the client leads, communicating with clients as necessary and under the direction of the Relationship Partners
- Draft documents such as agendas and reports to keep the team organized and forward moving
- Keeping systems up-to-date and organized including saving materials to internal platforms
- Assist with billing and other reports
- Coordinate with specialists for staging and address timing for calls
- Monitor overall budgets on a per project basis
- Ensure timely billing
- Prepare relationship reports and status updates for internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with firm systems for data integrity (workstream alignment, codes, etc.)
You Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Operations, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client relationship management, legal operations, or project management within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Project Management certificate a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to promptly respond to client requests
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office; experience with SharePoint and project management tools preferred
- Financial acumen with ability to analyze budgets and prepare reports
- Strong organizational and facilitation skills; ability to lead meetings and drive consensus
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to adapt to changing client needs

Location Specific Language
Boston: The full time salary range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000 annually, which is based on a 40 hour work week.
New York: The full time salary range for this role is $75,000 to $85,000 annually, which is based on a 40 hour work week.
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role in the locations listed above at the time of this posting. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographical location and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual merit increase and bonus pay.
