Job Title: Lexus Service Experience Coordinator
Position Overview:
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Service BDC Representative to join our Lexus service team. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications, scheduling service appointments, and delivering a premium customer experience that reflects the Lexus brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and online service inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule and confirm service appointments efficiently using dealership systems
- Conduct outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and service campaigns
- Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and availability
- Maintain consistent communication with service advisors and technicians
- Ensure all customer interactions align with Lexus luxury standards and customer satisfaction goals
- Log and track customer interactions in CRM systems
- Assist in improving customer retention and service department performance
Qualifications:
- Previous BDC, call center, or customer service experience (automotive preferred)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, scheduling tools, etc.)
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a dealership environment
- Familiarity with automotive service processes
- Sales or upselling experience is a plus
