Job Description

General Manager

Celebration Station – Mesquite, TX
Full-Time | Salaried Leadership Role

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a proven General Manager to lead one of our high-volume family entertainment centers.

This is not a keep-the-seat-warm role. It’s for a leader who wants real responsibility for a business and the freedom to move it forward.

You’ll lead a large team, own the operation day to day, and play a visible role in raising performance standards across the organization.

If you like building teams, improving operations, and driving results in a fast-moving environment, this is the kind of role where you can make a mark.

About Five Star Parks & Attractions
Five Star Parks & Attractions is the largest privately owned operator of family entertainment centers in the United States, with 28 locations across 13 states and a growing national footprint.

Since 2019, we’ve expanded from three parks to a portfolio that includes Scene75, The Track Family Fun Parks, Malibu Jack’s, Fun Land, Celebration Station, Craig’s Cruisers, and more.

We were recognized on the 2024 Inc. 5000 list for rapid national growth and continue investing heavily in our parks, our teams, and the leaders who run them.

What You’ll Own
This role leads the full operation, including:

  • Sales growth and EBITDA performance
  • Guest experience and operating standards
  • Staffing, training, and leadership development
  • Safety execution and accountability
  • Daily financial performance and KPI management
  • Building a strong bench of future leaders
  • Culture, communication, and execution across all departments
  • You’ll typically lead a team of 40–80+ employees across attractions, food and beverage, games, and operations support.

What We’re Looking For
The right candidate:

  • runs a disciplined, high-energy operation
  • understands how to drive both culture and performance
  • builds leaders, not just schedules
  • is comfortable owning numbers and expectations
  • communicates clearly and leads from the floor, not the office
  • takes pride in improving the business year over year
  • This role has visibility and support from regional leadership and corporate partners, but success depends on local ownership and execution.

Qualifications
5+ years managing multi-department operations
Experience leading teams of 30+ preferred
Comfortable working weekends and peak business periods
Strong operational and financial awareness
Authorized to work in the United States
MBA or hospitality / entertainment leadership experience is a plus.

Schedule Expectations
Five-day work week
Two of three weekend days regularly scheduled
Two mid or closing shifts weekly
Availability during holidays and peak seasons
This is an on-site leadership role.

Benefits
401(k) with company match
Medical, dental, and vision coverage
Paid time off
Paid training
Employee park discounts
