What You’ll Do



As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in preparing and presenting high-quality meals while maintaining the highest culinary and food safety standards.



Responsibilities include:



• Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and daily menus

• Assisting with food prep and planning for upcoming meals

• Plating meals with attention to presentation and portion control

• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards

• Monitoring food temperatures and maintaining food safety logs

• Supporting meal preparation for special events and functions

• Following all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
