Who You Are
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in:
- Preparing and prosecuting patent applications
- Contributing to prosecution strategy
- Providing technical and legal research and analysis with respect to matters pending before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
- Providing technical support for PTAB and litigation proceedings
Requirements
- Computer science, electrical engineering, physics, or chemical/biomedical engineering background
- Outstanding writing and analytical skills, and top academic credentials are essential
- USPTO registration is not required

Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, health/welfare benefits (including parental, adoption, and fertility benefits), flexible time off, and paid holidays. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience; and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.
Boston, MA; Palo Alto, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Washington, D.C. annual salary range: $105,000 to $135,000
