* Review daily time punches, GPS time data, and system alerts to verify attendance status for all employees across multiple sites or terminals.
Reporting & Compliance
* Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports to HR and Operations Managers.
* Maintain documentation for excused/unexcused absences, time-off approvals, and disciplinary attendance issues.
* Support compliance audits by ensuring all timekeeping and attendance records are accurate and securely archived.
Communication & Coordination
* Serve as the primary point of contact for attendance-related questions from drivers, dispatch, and supervisors.
* Notify appropriate departments of no-shows, frequent tardiness, or schedule deviations.
* Work with payroll to ensure accurate compensation related to attendance logs and time-off tracking.
Administrative Duties

* Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Preferred:
* Prior experience in the transportation or logistics industry.
* Familiarity with DOT HOS compliance and ELD tracking systems.
* Experience with workforce management software (e.g., TMW, Samsara, Omnitracs, or McLeod).
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Work Environment & Schedule:
