Position Summary

The UNM-Taos Student Affairs department is seeking an energetic and dedicated student employee who has good oral and written skills to fill Office Assistant work study position.  

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcomes and greets visitors, staff, students, parents in person or on the phone; directs visitors, students, and parents to appropriate department or sites.
  • Responsible for retrieving and delivering mail, scanning documents/forms, answering multi-line phone calls, screen phone calls, transfer phone calls to appropriate staff/departments.
  • Responsible for preparing folders/files for scanning
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Minimum Qualifications:

·         Must be work-study eligible

·         Must be enrolled at least half time
